Help required on php-jquery coding

Hi all,

currently i am doing a php web project.

In my project , there is section called video gallery. If anyone want to watch that video , they need to give their details like name,email,mobile no. etc... I am displaying this form using fancy box.After submission of form , i am storing the details in the database. Until here i don't have any problem but my requirement is after submission , the fancy box should automatically close and it should go back to the parent page and the corresponding video should be playing.

Can anyone please me help in solving this ?

If your 'fancy box'updates your database, perhaps you need something like...
