wildteen88
Not every quote needs to be escaped. You only need to escape the ' in the confirm JavaScript function echo '<a href="frontpage_delete.php?img_id=' . $row_thumb['frontpage_image_id'] . '&image_name=' . $row_thumb['frontpage_image_file_name'] . '" class="moreLink" onclick="return confirm(\'testing\')"><img src="grafik/delete.png" alt="" /></a>'; Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/239081-need-help-with-escaping-on-link/#findComment-1228380 Share on other sites

For example, double quotes wrapped in single quotes do not need to be escaped. But single quotes wrapped inside singles quotes do Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/239081-need-help-with-escaping-on-link/#findComment-1228384 Share on other sites
