Dreamweaver form help

As an administrator I put several players names and personal information into a database.  Team managers must use a dropdown menu on their forms to select team rosters for each game.  Because only some info is extracted, and that information is always changing, I want the form to auto-populate with the correct data based on who is selected from the dropdown menu.  Is there a way to do this that a WYSIWYG user can rely on.  Thanks.
