Trouble using TimThumb.php with Wordpress

I'm not sure whether or not Wordpress is actually playing any part in this not working, but here is a link to the page I'm trying to display the image on:

http://www.mattpealing-server.co.uk/~freshbor/for-sale/test-sale-item/

Here is the path to the image that it is trying to display:

http://www.mattpealing-server.co.uk/~freshbor/wp-content/themes/bortram/script/timthumb/timthumb.php?src=http://www.mattpealing-server.co.uk/~freshbor/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/iStock_000000737671Large.jpg

I'm confused, because if I take the path to the PHP script:

http://www.mattpealing-server.co.uk/~freshbor/wp-content/themes/bortram/script/timthumb/timthumb.php

Then I can view the PHP file, and if I take the path to the uploaded image:

http://www.mattpealing-server.co.uk/~freshbor/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/iStock_000000737671Large.jpg

Then I can view the image.

But trying to mix them together just isn't working! I keep getting just a broken image. I've even tried the image src with a relative URL instead, and still no luck.

Am I missing something here or could it be something to do with how my server is configured?
