funwithphp
Hello all. Been reading through the forums and think I have found the right place to ask this question. New to php coding but feel this syntax error I am getting is due to a protected php file? Or no? The attachment named "eshp_options" is the original, the other is my version. Error message: Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in php of eshop_options with qty mods.txt on line 128 Checked at: http://www.meandeviation.com/tutorials/learnphp/php-syntax-check/v4/syntax-check.php Is this occurring because I have modified the file or is it my coding that is incorrect? Thanks all [attachment deleted by admin] Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/241755-syntax-error-or-protected-php-file/ Share on other sites
funwithphp
After REWRITING the problematic line, the issue was resolved. It may have been a spacing issue as I did write in Notepad, copied and then pasted into file. Anyway, it's fixed.
