get color picker for firefox and see if you can match it. Or get firebug and inspect the element

 

and yes there is also something called rgba, which allows to add transparency for modern browsers.

no it doesn't look like it so i still recommend that you get those addons for firefox and try them out. or get any programme like inkscape, gimp, photoshop, illustrator and use the colorpicker.
