skew
I'm using WAMP as my local development server on my machine (Windows 7 x64). After installing and uninstalling Zend Server CE and also restarting my computer, I get in trouble with WAMP. Apache is already started and the icon of WAMP is colored green. As soon as I go to any PHP file on my local host, I get prompted to download this file. It seems that Apache is not started but this is not so. Very strange. My next step was to reinstall WAMP completely. All ports seems to be okay, especially port 80 from Apache. The same problem appears. Are there any solutions and why this won't work?
