Redirect to / Not .html

I just moved to a wordpress site with the exact same website and files.

 

on my old server it would be

 

oldsite.com/page.html

 

on wordpress it is

 

newsite.com/page

 

i am trying to redirect the old pages to the new ones but the redirect wont work if i try to redirect to newsite.com/page, because it has no exstension on it, is there a way around this?
