empty field help

Is there any way I can shorten the query or use better way to write the query

The Best way to check the fields are not empty and print it.

it would be easier to make sure all values are inserted in the first place.

But I am getting these values from PayPal (Billing and shipping address).

If some fields are empty then not to print it on the invoice
