can we set limit in safe mode as the hosting company would not off the safe mode so plz help i get following error,

 

Warning: set_time_limit() [function.set-time-limit]: Cannot set time limit in safe mode in /home/evercash/public_html/5dollarmatrix.co.cc/admin.php on line 190
