Installed WAMP in company LAN. But it is very slow

Hi,

Please help me out. I have developed an application in PHP. I have installed WAMP server in one of the systems which is connected to company's LAN. After everything is done when I try to open the application from any other system which is connected to same LAN, it will open either very slowly or it will not open at all some times. What can be the problem? Tried many things such as changing ports, tweaking httpd.conf but unable to solve the issue. What might be the reason for this?
