URCHIN not pulling stats - PHP downloads not being tracked ??

Hello, here is the situation:

Using Urchin Stats for a client. We created a script that a user can download PDFs directlly from his website.. The urls are dynamically generated like: index.php?action=downloadpdf&photo=Kent%20Art%20Date-1pg.pdf&id=68

Urchin is not tracking the dynamic URL for some reason, and I wanted to know if there is a way I can convert this url within my script to an "SEO friendly" format for the purpose of tracking - I assume this will resolve it.

Any ideas? SOS
