first of all.....

HEY! You should STFU and mind your own business. This is between him and I.

... and that goes for anyone else whom has nothing else better to do with their time.

also... why do you have an id column if it is not unique and AI?

It will be unique. At the moment the table is a testing ground.

dude, if it was between him and you, this wouldn't be a FORUM but yet, you are a complete ass... how can you be that rude to the people trying to help you?? you are a real dumbass,, good luck with your never gonna work project

Update:

I used "echo query" and copy and pasted the query directly into MySQL.... IT WORKED!.. SO.. I think the problem may lay else where.... where I wonderr. I will search.

And, that is why I asked what you were trying to do, and got the lame answer of "update a html form".  I also told you that you were setting the id to the same id you were looking for.  One line of code means NOTHING in a PHP script.  That line could work, yet something else breaks it.  You should post 5 lines above and below the line you think is the problem.

If you post your code, I would be glad to help.

Well I'm sorry Mr. Crutchsnatcher than I am not disciplined enough to go around speaking like I haven't been layed since the Y2K bug.
