I am having an issue where a PHP script is unable to write files to a folder.

 

I am using Zend Server CE Version 5.5.0 as a web server which comes with PHP, Apache, MySQL, etc.

 

I am running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1.

 

I know how to change the permissions on a file/folder which I have done to the directory the images are meant to be writing to. I have added the SYSTEM user with full permissions and yet it is still unable to write files.

 

I am not sure how I should debug this or what I should do to fix this issue and any help would really be appreciated.

 

I'm posting in here as I am guessing it is a PHP/Windows permission issue, sorry if this is the wrong area.
