james.uk Posted September 13, 2005 Share Posted September 13, 2005 Hey, I've tried locating numerous tutorials for uploading files but they are all mainly for images. I don’t suppose somebody could please point us in the right direction as i cant seem to upload the tracks to my server. I change the settings to 777 and create the mime for audio/x-wav and audio/mpeg but for some reason its still not allowing me to upload the files... Any help would be much appreciated. Try a clip under 2MB in size as most default PHP settings and hosts only allow for 2MB uploads at a time to help server performance. Most MP3's are over 2MB Josh 295775[/snapback] Yea i had a query about that, they said they dont mind making the limit higher, but then i thought it maybe htaccess because not all servers allow audio/x-wav or such file extention. Ill have a word with them again later. Also i dont suppose you know how to include htaccess files to a page.
