I use to learn from online tutorials . Can some one provide me some good link for PSD to HTML conversion tutorial or for other format as i have seen these are in great demand in the present time . As a rule of thumb, each of your main design elements should be in their own layer, and each layer will translate to it's own div, and may have multiple other divs or other elements contained within that div. But i will prefer online videos too and i usually use to download the video's instead buffering them again and again. But video tutorial are really good.
