Have image resize based on resizing of image in background

I would like the top image (Fast and Furious motorcycle) to stay in position on the movie screen which is part of the background image. The background image is set like this:

 

img.home-drive-in {

    width: 100%;

    top: 0;

    left: 0;

}

 

the top image is:

 

#movie-screen {

    position: absolute;

    left: 513px;

    top: 20px;

}

 

As you can see, I am asking the background image to resize with the browser. That works fine, but the top image doesn't. Is there a way to make that image resize and stay in position on top of the movie screen? Or maybe there's a better way to do this.
