install.php and check if the table already created

Hi all

I want to create (install.php) file for my program..

I have create it already but for more protection i don't want the table to be inserted twice of have some errors.

I want to check if a table already created or not (With some sort of MYSQL + PHP code) and give a direct link to the right action.
