YesZone Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 Hi all, I'm doing a research on Meta search aggregation method and studying on Borda's Positional Method, Markov Process and Scaled Footrule Optimization method. I'm considering search results from three search engines. I could not find deep information on Scaled Footrule Optimization Method. It is said to be done using Hungarian method and Minimum cost perfect matching bipartite graphs. Can anyone give an out line of how to implement Scaled Footrule Optimization Method?
