imperium2335
Hi, I am trying to fetch a row in advance of the current one to find out if the next result is the same or not, and do something based on the outcome. I know how to do this with the old mysql functions like mysql_data_seek. What is the equivalent in PDO? I want the below sample to return row number 2, but it returns nothing no matter what number I set the offset to be. $readAhead = $resultParts->fetch(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC, PDO::FETCH_ORI_REL, 1) ; echo $readAhead['partNumber'] ; array(PDO::ATTR_CURSOR => PDO::CURSOR_SCROLL) is set in my prepare statement.
