thumbnail pics

Hi, I have this image gallery slideshow, below the image, it's the thumbnail pics. but the size of the thumbnail pics is random...I want to set the size to be the same for all thumbnail pics,  since I'm not the one wrote the code so I'm just guessing that this is the php code for the gallery:

is this the part that I need to add "size" to it?

I'm totally newb at php, so I have no clue at all
