I have a simple form with with username,email,post and join date fields on it. when i enter a username and click tab,enter or a fetch button i need to retrieve the remaining fields automatically from the database and prefill it with the values obtained from the database. Can someone please help me with the code or atleast direct me to a good tutorial on this. i tried searching it on google as suggested by one of the users but couldn find something that would help me.
