Help with a user management system.

Okay, well for a site i want to make a user managment system. but i have no idea how to.

ive already got the part where you type the user that you want to manage.

But thats just to find the user you want to edit, i want to make it so i can edit there name, how much money and such they have. instead of going into the db.

Nobody is going to write the code for you. you need to try experiment, and then when you get stuck have us help. otherwise you can pay someone to write it for you
