TinyBox form posting within the popup

Tinybox helps place contents in a simple pop up, however the problem i m having is that whenever i try to post a form from the pop up window, it simply opens up the action file within the parent window of the pop up. I found a solution to this problem  but i m not understanding what it means. Can someone explain it?
