is it possible to get all $_GET and/or $_POST variables into an array so I can relaod a page without having to retype all the info after the ? also sometimes I am not sure what is there.
Or is it possible to use somethinbg like $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] but return the entire url with everything after the ? ?

var_dump($_GET); if you want to see the stuff there

but i didn't get what you're trying to do. Perhaps you want the next href="" to contain the previous _GET variables?
function http_referer ()
{
foreach ($_GET as $key => $value)
{
$h_ref[$key] = $value;
}
$result = "?";
if (isset ($h_ref))
{
foreach ($h_ref as $key => $value)
{
$result .= ($value != "") ? "&".$key."=".$value : "&".$key;
}
}
return $result;
}
