Retrieve pop window checkbox state and enable current window checkbox

Hi,

 

I am having a form with check-box, if its clicked it will open a pop-up window. The pop-up window has check box elements.

 

If the pop-up window check box element is checked, I have to get the check-box state of the pop-up window, whether its clicked or not, if its clicked  then I have to change my current form check-box element state to 1, else its 0.
