Capture Promo Code from form and pass it throughout the website.

Hello,

 

I want to have a simple form on my introduction page where the visitor will enter a "Promo Code" and when they click "ENTER" the "Promo Code" will be carried from page to page as they roam through my website....

 

I want the ability to be able to Print it on some pages.... Promo Code: <CODE>

OR

Insert it into HTML code: <a href="http://<CODE>.mywebite.com">
