Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone can help me change my urls to something more friendly using a mod rewrite in htaccess.

I am wanting to change my urls from

http://www.freetreasure.com.au/products.php?coun=vic

too

http://www.freetreasure.com.au/free-stuff-victoria

I also want to change the products urls from

http://www.freetreasure.com.au/product_details.php?p=83

too

http://www.freetreasure.com.au/free-laptop-bag-in-melbourne

the laptop bag is the item part and for every item i want free- INSERT ITEM-in-melbourne  (or other relevant city)

Also another question is the person I hired to make the site uploaded a robots.txt to block all bots from crawling my site which meant google found it in the last few days. ( They uploaded it 4 days ago according to my records on the cpanel) I am wondering will the bot recrawl and find that I've changed the robots.txt to allow it to search everything except my cgi-bin as in webmaster tools I asked googlebot to fetch the site and it said robots.txt was still blocking it?

Thanks guys.
