I know I can pass the HTML and CSS certifications, the only problem is that I don't know where to get them. I don't want to go to an employer and say that I have a certification only for them to realize that they don't recognize the institution that issued it. Besides community colleges, what are the best places to go to for an HTML, CSS, or even a PHP certification?
