Selective Iframe.. or something like it.

I have a very specific idea that requires the use of an iframe. Nearly the entire function of the webpage is loading an outside page within my own page, which inherently makes me think to use an iframe.

 

But specifically I'd like to remove most of the code within that frame. Such as the HTML command and BODY command. If possible I'd like to remove everything prior to the first instance of a specific indicator.

 

I've also considered the php include(); command, but still have the same problem with selective importing.

 

If anyone has an idea as to how this might work, that would be super appreciated.
