Zend 2 Tutorial Issue

Iv been using the tutorial here: http://akrabat.com/zend-framework-2-tutorial/

 

I wondered if anyone else was finding issues such as the skeletonApp downloaded from git not working correctly?

 

I managed to get it working, however when setting up the 'Album' application, it seems to just mess the whole lot up?

 

So wondered if anyone has recently been using this tutorial and came accross the same things I have, and also offer possible solutions?
