Apache 2.0.59 error/problem

Hey, I intalled apache 2.2.3 this weekend and had a lot of problems and decided to change to version 2.0.59 for more stability.  It seems though that when I changed versions version 2.0.59 didn't release port 80 on my computer so apache can't access it.  I changed to a different port and made the appropiate changes in the httpd.conf file but I can't access my server.

What I changed:

changed the default Listen 80 to Listen 192.168.1.102:666

changed the server name parker.net:80 to parker.net:666

The above changes may not be accurate.  I'll check my httpd.conf file(and post it) when I get home.
