eldan88 Posted June 1, 2012 Share Posted June 1, 2012 Hi, I am trying to echo out the date function, and every time I do so I get this following error Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/eldan88/public_html/test1.php on line 1 the code that I am using is the following <?php echo "date("F j, Y, g:i a,time()+60*60)"; ?> can you guys help me correct this? Failing_Solutions Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 <?php $hour= time()+(60*60); echo date('F j, Y, g:i a',$hour); ?> Out puts //NOW June 2, 2012, 2:29 am //WITH ABOVE CODE June 2, 2012, 3:29 am Based on your code I assumed you were trying to add an hour to the time set a variable, echo date and pass the variable to it.
