imadork8317 Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 I want to use a web based RSVP for my wedding that is coming up in Aug. However I do not know enough to write my own code, so i did what anyone else would do, search for something already made. I came across http://thydzik.com/online-rsvp-form-and-database-with-php-javascript-and-mysql/ which is almost what i want; I just want to change the vegetarian check box into 3 radio's for chicken, beef, vegetarian. I have attached the php file and have tried the make the necessary changes but so far have been unsuccessful. I and hoping this may be quick and easy for someone who knows what they are doing.
