PHP issues in IIS

I used to run my websites off of paid for hosting.  I am in the process of wanting to just host everything locally.  I started setting up an IIS server on windows 2k3 with IIS 6 and moving my pages over.  How ever I am having issues now with some of my pages and I wonder if it is a settings issue in the PHP.ini file so and help I would appreciate.  The basics of the page I am working on is a Form that submitts to its self and then sends an email to me.  How ever when i run it on my IIS server all I get is a blank white page.  I have uploaded the files to an old server I don't use anymore for help [url=http://cpajoe.com/php]http://cpajoe.com/php[/url] If I could please get some help with getting my files to work I would be very happy.  Like I said they work and run fine on my linux server that I am paying for but not doing so well on my Windows IIS machine.
