HI,

I am also getting an error in this query. as

Unknown cloumn 'NEC' in 'field list'.

As i have this column in table

$death_query = mysql_query("Insert into infant_death1(BabyId,Postmortam,death_reason1,death_reason2,death_reason3,death_reason4,Congenital_Anomaly,Respiratory_failure,NEC,Infection,Brain_injury) values('$baby_id','$postcode','$dc1','$dc2','$dc3','$dc4','$dr1','$dr2','$dr3','$dr4','$dr5')");

Please post your table definition, since the error is indicating that table doesn't have a column by that name.
