php upload size.. HOW to increase the max upload file size??

I don't have syntax error.. the funny thing is i can only upload up to 600kb file size..

i searched on google, i saw many articles said that change in php.ini file

the upload_max_size and post_max_size.. but it's still 600kb

 

 

please guys..... pleaseeee help me...  it gives me a lot of headache.. :shrug: :shrug: :shrug:
