Search result bookmarks?

I'm currently making an online trader where people can search for posted bikes by users. I'm just wondering how to develop a search result where people can select different adverts from the results view the selected adverts in a new list. Sorry but I'm very bad at explaining and I'm quite new but what I needed was something much like this:

I've already created the search engine which reads from a MySQL database which displays the results but I have no idea to integrate that sort of function. I'm still quite new to this so any help would be appreciated.
