Help With Baaselect

Hi

I used BAASelect a couple of years ago. I would like to use it but I need to have a where clasue on the database. I want to use it to select province and town but only for a particular category.

I want it to show only the province and towns relevant to the particular category.

Looks like one of those rare occasions when I am the best qualified to answer a post

 

The quickest workaround (without rewriting the class or creating a subclass) would be to create a temporary mysql table containing only those in that category then use that table instead

 

CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE tmpprovince LIKE province
SELECT * FROM province
WHERE category = val
