yandoo
Hiya, so I'm in danger of sound like a proper noob here but I'm testing a php script that enables a user to enter their email address to subscribe to a free news letter. The thing is the website is not yet live and i wanted to quickly test it to see if it is working and how it looks. I need to edit the information: www.you@yourdomain.com and at this stage all i have is my own personal email address "something@gmail.com". The email is never sent through.. This makes me assume it will only work with a proper www address is that right? If so is the a real quick way I can test this without need to set this up at this stage??? MDCode
php mail() function does not require www. I suggest checking your logs to see why it failed.
