Simple Script In Blue Flame Forms Submit Actions

On my Joomla site I have a Form constructed with Blue Flame forms. It returns a few questions with regards to entry details for a charity bike ride. I am looking to get some code put into one of the submit actions that directs the user once the form is submitted to one of two articles within the site depending on the option chosen in one of the fields.

 

Basically the field is called returntransport and returns Coach or No Coach and I want the form to direct the user to article A or B. I do know the article name and ID number if that helps or do I need to use the absolute URL?
