jhonyking Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 Hi friends, I am new at this forum and also new in PHP, I have one question about php reservation form, last night I made one php form that include on 3 page, index.php, reservation.php and received.php, all page running fine index and reservation page values showing at received page. mean at localhost form working fine. but when I upload it and use it this form sending message but all fields show empty.
