HELP, "Continue" redirect link on cs cart 3.0.3 ultimate, how to remove it?!?!

Hi, i need a help with cs cart, i think it is a small problem but i cant solve it, so when i type my website with www,  www.sunrans.hr i get some "Continue" link which redirect it to sunrans.hr, if i type without www than is ok. What i need to do to remove this link. Thank you!
