PHP Code to capture responses.

Hi All,

 

This is my first ever post on this Forum. Please accept my apologies in case I may end up doing something which is against the forum Rules. I hope I don't!

 

To begin with I'm pretty much from a non-tech background and so was hoping some help from experts out here....

However, I did not get any assistance. I would really appreciate if someone could help me reach a stage where I can accomplish my assignment. I tried Google Forms but they don’t seem to cater to my request, and being a non techie I have no idea how to start

 

Here’s what I’m requesting help with:

 

1. Upload a CSV / XLSX file daily which has some data (Demographics details). That gets preloaded to a link (similar to a survey link)
2. Share the link with my team members to submit their answers / comments
3. The data entered gets saved at the backend, which can then be exported in an excel / CSV file format, and can be reviewed as need be

 

I would really appreciate if someone can assist me.

 

Forum Moderators: Happy to accept any feedback / suggestions in case I’m doing something incorrectly.
