Upload unicode data from Excel

Dear All

 

I have unicode data in following sheet

This data is in Devnagari

 

I tried to save as (download as from this data sheet - comma separated values)

 

and then upload data

 

But when i read the data,

 

I am getting junk characters ....  in short could not read data in the font seen in this file
