I'm a keen, self-taught PHP and MySQLer and I'm at the stage where I'll give most things a try...and then spend an hour figuring out where I've gone wrong. (== vs. =, I'm looking at you here.) My long-term plan is to make a little pin-money designing sites for others. So far I've made three, purely for myself, and I'm now experimenting with Javascript as well as replacing my MySQL queries with PDO. Be patient with me, because I'm pretty certain I'm going to ask lots of questions!
