I keep getting the error:

'watermark.png' is not a valid PNG file in

This is the same no matter how many generic watermark scripts I use. So the question is... Where am I supposed to have my watermark.png located? Is it supposed to be on mydomain.com/watermark.png or what?

Here is the code:

<form action="watermark-image.php" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data">
