Mirror text from textarea into input box?

Hello, im trying to get a textarea text to be mirrored on to a input box so the input box can save to database

Does anyone know how i can create a textarea box that will then mirror onto a hidden input box? 

 

Been reading this but dont know how to implement it.

Not sure I understand what you are talking about. The value is already available in the text area - why do you need to "mirror" it (whatever that means) into a text box? Why can't you use the value from the text area?
