An email signature generator app

Hi everyone,

 

I'm not exactly a PHP coder, but I'm quite sure that it would be very simple to create an email signature generator.

See, I already have an email signature in HTML, but I would like to replicate it for our almost hundred employees.

So how could I create something like a form which would get [name], [position], [phone], etc from each employee and then apply it to the signature I've created?
