How to Update PhpMyAdmin?

hello,

 

im using Appserv..

but the phpadmin is old..

 

This is what it looks like..

I downloaded last phpymadmin,

i replaced it with the old one..

and it wont work..

1. i cant login with no password (yes "allownopassword" is TRUE)

my config is named: config.sample.inc.php

if i rename it to config.inc.php im getting an error

"Fatal error: Call to a member function isHttps() on a non-object in C:\AppServ\www\phpMyAdmin\libraries\Header.class.php on line 444"

at http://localhost/phpmyadmin

so.. what do i do?
